The Omega Princess and Her Two Leashes - Chapter 1
Chapter 1
“Have you heard? The Omegas in the North who planned a liberation movement were discovered and arrested!”
Someone raised their voice at the ball. It was Viscount Giovanni, known for his Omega-hating remarks.
While the attention was focused on him, someone else sneered and agreed.
“They must be the Omega liberation group, Demonas. How foolish.”
“My, my. I didn’t know their remnants still existed. To think they’d continue resisting despite being discovered and purged time and time again. How utterly stupid can Omegas be?”
As the graceful Marchioness Margaret chattered and set down her empty glass, the slave behind her quickly refilled it with red wine. He was a male Omega with a sensual body that contrasted with his innocent face. Someone was running their sticky fingers along the line that extended from the nape of his neck to his hips.
“I couldn’t agree more. They should be grateful to be born as tools for conceiving noble Alphas, but they’re so promiscuous.”
“It’s because Omegas are inferior and stupid.”
Amidst the uproar of Omega-bashing, someone spoke firmly.
“No, I don’t think so. I believe it’s because those Omegas haven’t been properly disciplined. The Omegas in my household are all obedient.”
It was Count Douglas, known for his Omega fetish.
The female Omega sitting on his lap was already moaning breathlessly, her face flushed red. Her naked body, visible through her disheveled clothes, was dazzlingly pale.
Baron Ross, who had been watching her and failing to hide his sinister gaze, gulped and said, “Your Grace’s disciplinary skills are renowned, aren’t they? The Omegas you keep are also known for their beauty and obedience. Hehe, I wonder when you’ll let me have a taste…”
“I was planning to hold a ball soon anyway. I’ll be sure to invite you then.”
“Oh my. Thank you. I’m already getting excited.”
Unable to contain his excitement, Baron Ross grabbed another Omega slave. The slave, who had been carrying food, was dragged over without resistance and roughly pawed at.
All around the ballroom, flirtatious chatter and breathless moans intertwined.
Princess Arlenrose Vi Fleurose of Fleurose Kingdom simply smiled serenely, despite the debauchery and licentiousness before her. She was the epitome of her nickname, the Glass Rose.
It wasn’t anything new. After all, the balls of the nobles, the Alphas, were always like this.
In the Kingdom of Fleurose, Alphas were born into royalty or nobility, and they would rule over everyone, while Omegas were born into humble positions and treated no better than slaves.
Alphas are superior, and Omegas are inferior. Omegas are nothing more than tools for Alphas to conceive and give birth. They exist solely to accommodate the overflowing reproductive and sexual desires of Alphas.
Such thinking was widespread and taken for granted in this country.
Therefore, at balls in the Kingdom of Fleurose, Omegas were presented along with the enchanting music and the food that delighted the palate, for the entertainment of the Alphas. It was a given that the nobles would compete to show off how beautiful and obedient the Omegas of their household were.
“As expected of the Omegas of royal family. Every single one of them is so delicious and sweet.”
It was as if he was talking about tasting food. Baron Ross, who had been burying his face between the legs of the Omega seated on the table, lifted his head and smacked his lips. He had the lascivious expression of a lecher who just wanted to taste an Omega.
“The Omegas of the royal court are wonderful, but I prefer my own Omegas. Haha…”
On the other hand, Count Douglas, true to his reputation as an Omega enthusiast, made it a habit to bring and show off the Omegas of his household at every ball. He had brought the one known to be the most beautiful among them and placed her beside him on every royal ball.
He was enjoying the pheromones from his Omega, his face buried in her neck, when he looked at the princess.
“Your Highness, are you not going to take an Omega today?”
A tiny crack appeared in Arlenrose’s icy expression at that enticement. She quickly unfolded her fan and covered her mouth.
“I’m not really…”
“It is truly strange. As an Alpha, you should be losing your mind to the pheromones of Omegas vibrating from all directions, yet how can Your Highness remain so composed?”
Douglas’ eyes swept over Arlenrose. Suspicion and reproach were mixed beneath his polite expression. He had always harbored ill feelings toward the princess, who acted aloof and never laid a finger on any Omega.
“That is rude, Count. How dare you speak to Her Highness in such a manner!”
Peregrine, the attendant standing to Arlenrose’s left, shouted in indignation. Douglas snorted without batting an eye.
“Oh, I was just curious.”
His hand gripped his Omega’s waist tightly. The Omega let out a stifled scream at the sudden force. Douglas looked at Peregrine with narrowed eyes.
“By the way, Your Highness’ Omega dares to speak loudly to an Alpha. He needs proper discipline. If you don’t mind, shall I teach him?”
At those words, the eyes behind the fan hardened coldly.
“I decline, Count.”
“It would be better if you did. It seems that, as a recessive Alpha, you may not be able to follow the mindset of an ordinary Alpha. In that case, it would be helpful for you to learn, setting aside your pride as royalty…”
Recessive Alpha. Arlenrose’s brow furrowed slightly at the word.
The reason why a mere Count dared to speak to the princess of a country like this was because she was a recessive Alpha with pheromones so weak that she barely surpassed a Beta, despite being royalty.
In this country, even among Alphas, there was a hierarchy based on pheromones.
“That’s a bit too much. Please restrain yourself, Count.”
Douglas’ expression changed only when Carmin Modreo, the knight standing to Arlenrose’s right, spoke up.
Carmin Modreo was the second son of the Modreo Duchy before he became the princess’ knight, and he was a rare dominant Alpha. While it was irritating for an Omega or a recessive Alpha to criticize him, it was acceptable if the other party was a superior Alpha, so Douglas willingly bowed his head.
“I see. I was out of line. I apologize, Your Highness.”
“…Yes.”
However, the atmosphere that had already hardened did not easily thaw. In the end, Marquess Margaret intervened with her characteristic fussiness.
