I really liked the story at first but now I'm not so sure. Where is the story going? Why is the Duke not in the scene anymore? Why isn't Archen's health a burning issue? Wasn't she supposed to be getting the report from the doctor? Who is this new foolish character taking all the spotlight (assuming he's the guy those people set up to keep the FL in check)? If Ian is the great villain, Why isn't he appearing in the chapters? What about the politics that was playing the background of the story… That seems to have taken a break?

I wish that the story would go more into detail about what exactly ian did in the story ,because right now except for some vauge comments about him being evil, he seems to otherwise be a good match for iris. Maybe my standards are too low but from where im standing, they have the same interests and iris seems to like the arrogant and dominant type so….
