Kiris seemed upset when he thought of the nobles who would attend the banquet.
Kiris didn’t seem to be on good terms with the Crown Prince at the Amoni Garden, so how angry would he be if he was invited to the banquet?

“R- really? Well, I understand.”

“Yes. You’re attending because of His Highness the Crown Prince. I’m a little uncomfortable being invited too.”
Kiris was blankly staring for a moment before he spoke with the corners of his mouth raised.
“No, I like it because I’m going with the Mistress.”

“Just because. It pisses me off that other guys are seeing Mistress.”
Kiris seemed worried that the nobles would recognize me. I quickly stepped in to ease Kiris’ worries.
“You can’t kill them.”
“I won’t kill them. If Mistress doesn’t like it.”
“Thank goodness….”
As I sighed in relief, Kiris fixed my messy hair with his large hand.
“Kiris?”
“Oh, Mistress. I changed your hair color.”
At Kiris’s words, I let out a sigh. And then I looked in the mirror.
“This is…….”
Instead of my familiar brown hair, silver hair, just like Kiris’, was flowing.
“I don’t want people to recognize the Mistress.”
“…Thank you.”
I looked at my unfamiliar appearance. No, but isn’t this too flashy?
My hair was an uncommonly gorgeous silver. My originally ordinary impression changed in an instant.

A servant standing in front of the banquet hall noticed us and greeted us.
“May I see your invitations?”
At the servant’s words, Kiris summoned the invitation in the air and placed it in the servant’s hand.
After checking the contents, the servant’s eyes widened and he bowed.
“Lord Kiris. Lady Rosette. Your invitations have been confirmed. Enjoy the banquet.”
“You don’t have to announce my name.”
I quickly told the servant, and the servant looked puzzled but soon nodded.
“Sir Kiris is entering!”
At the same time, the doors to the banquet hall opened.
I took Kiris’ escort and stepped into the banquet hall.
