Leilia and Cassel, who arrived at the nearby seaside village through a warp, had their luggage-laden carriage directed straight to the villa, and they walked to the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant had a soft ambiance. Chandeliers hung from the ceiling and yellow lights adorned the walls. In various places on the walls, beautiful landscapes featuring mountains were painted.
As they entered, a waiter greeted them.
“Welcome, please come in.”
The two of them followed their guide.
After taking their seats and ordering steaks, Leilia glanced at Cassel, who was sitting across from her. Along with a blue butterfly on his button, there were people who recognized him because he had appeared in the newspaper.
“Could it be His Highness Cassel?”
“Would His Highness come here?”
“Maybe it’s just someone who looks like him.”
Whispered voices could be heard.
She debated whether to address him by a pseudonym but eventually decided to call him by his real name. Since they were members of the imperial family, they couldn’t approach too closely.
“Would you like some wine, Cassel?”
“If it’s wine, then yes.”
“It tastes better if you eat it with wine.”
He nodded his head in response to her words.
As they ordered wine and waited for their food to arrive, Leilia and Cassel talked about various things. Then, after the steak arrived, the two of them had a glass of wine while cutting and eating the steak.
The delicious meat and the aroma of the wine complemented each other well.
“The meat is tender.”
Leilia was very satisfied, and Cassel also nodded in agreement.
However, at that moment, someone approached them.
“Your Highness Cassel?”
Hearing her affectionately calling his name, Leilia turned her head to see the person who had called Cassel.
Her blonde hair shone brightly, and her green eyes were incredibly beautiful. She was wearing a dress that accentuated her collarbone and held a parasol in one hand.
“Colia, it’s been a while.”
Cassel recognized her.
‘Colia.’
She was a woman who occasionally appeared in the letters Cassel sent. In particular, she was the woman who had been his partner at the academy’s end-of-term party.
‘Colia Ergin.’
She was the only daughter of Marquis Ergin, an excellent student at the academy, and came from a well-known household, making her a well-known young lady.
“Hello!”
Colia looked at Leylia and bowed.
“My name is Colia.”
“It’s Leilia.”
“It’s an honor to meet you!”
‘Maybe this woman is Cassel’s first love?’
Leilia guessed so.
When she met her in person, she was truly beautiful.
“Did you come alone?”
Colia shook her head in response to her question.
“No, I came with my husband.”
Finishing her words, Colia quickly went to her seat and brought a man who appeared to be her husband. The man, who looked about the same age as her, had neatly tied black hair and a sword at his waist, typical of a knight.
“This is my husband, Resin Ergin.”
Resin Ergin
“Nice to meet you.”
Resin’s eyes sparkled as he looked at Kachel. It seemed like he was even more excited to see the war hero in person.
‘She’s married…?’
Meanwhile, Leilia was surprised for a moment. It was because she hadn’t considered the possibility of the woman Cassel loved getting married.
‘Is he not divorcing me because Colia is married?’
Anyway, since Colia was married and seemed to be doing reasonably well, she didn’t know if they could just live like this without getting a divorce.
Thinking about it, her head became complicated.
“I’ve seen you from afar when you got married to Colia.”
Resin nodded his head.
“I actually remember that, too, though I don’t think you’ll remember me.”
“It couldn’t be.”
Cassel laughed softly.

“It’s really a beautiful place.”
“I used to visit here every now and then.”
Since Colia and Resin came here for the first time, Leilia had offered to show them around, and after their meal, they headed to the park.
The park was adorned with white and pink flowers in full bloom.
“It’s a great place to come in the spring to see the flowers. It’s not well-known yet, so there aren’t many people.”
Colia nodded in response to her words. The sight of her glancing around was very beautiful. Leilia was accustomed to Alesha’s appearance, so she didn’t typically find most young ladies pretty, but Colia was equally stunning compared to Alesha.
“You met Cassel during your time at the academy, right?”
Leilia felt envious of Colia.
She thought it was fortunate that the person who had captured his heart was beautiful and kind… and she felt sorry that the two of them didn’t end up together. At the graduation party, it was common for people with mutual feelings to go together. It was clear that Cassel went out with her because he had feelings for her.
“Yes, that’s right. We got to know each other during group assignments. In fact, many female students wanted to be friends with Cassel. He’s so handsome, after all.”
She was right. Leilia smiled at her words.
“Your husband is handsome, too.”
Upon hearing her words, Colia glanced at Cassel and Resin, who stood together and followed behind, and shook her head.
“He looks ordinary in the presence of His Highness Cassel.”
After she spoke mercilessly without hesitation, she laughed.
