The Omega Princess and Her Two Leashes - Chapter 76
Chapter 76
“Who told you to get dressed?”
“You didn’t say you wanted more!”
“I’ve only c*m twice. You know I always go for at least three once I start. You should have been keeping count, Princess.”
“Ahh…!” The quiet of the library, which had only briefly been restored, was once again filled with the sounds of their passionate encounter.

“Camin Modreo.”
Camin turned at the sound of his name and quickly bowed his head. “Knight Canin Modreo greets His Royal Highness, Enrique vi Fleurose, Star of the Fleurose Kingdom.”
“Greetings. Did you sleep well, Sir Camin?”
“Yes, thanks to Your Highness’s concern, I awoke safely this morning.” Enrique chuckled, amused by his formal greeting. “It’s unusual for you not to notice my approach, Sir Camin.”
“I apologize for not greeting you sooner.”
“I don’t mean to scold you. I merely wished to boast of my small accomplishment.”
“Your Highness…” Camin looked up and saw Enrique’s attendant, Neil, and another knight, Gary, standing at a distance. Enrique had deliberately concealed his presence and dismissed his companions to approach unnoticed. Realizing this, Camin sighed. “Your Highness has a subtly mischievous side.”
“Isn’t it something to be proud of? That even the renowned Sir Camin didn’t notice me until I was right before you.”
“Your Highness is no ordinary person either.”
“Nonsense. Compared to a skilled individual like you, I am nothing.”
“You are too modest.”
“Not at all. I intend to brag about this incident for the rest of my life. Who would call me modest then?”
“Your Highness…”
“I’m joking.” Enrique chuckled and continued, “So, what deep thoughts occupied the great Sir Camin, causing him to be oblivious to my approach?”
“I wasn’t particularly thinking of anything specific. I was focused on the presence within, which caused me to miss the presence approaching from the front.”
“Ah, you’re guarding Arlenrose right now?” Enrique glanced at the door behind Camin. The massive door, reaching almost to the ceiling, was firmly shut, appearing as if it would never open. “The Crown Prince wished to visit the royal library today, so she must be inside.”
“Yes. He wished to read in peace, so I’m waiting outside.”
“Hmm…” Enrique strained his ears towards the door, but the thick wood blocked all sound. Given the library’s emphasis on soundproofing and its vast size, this was hardly surprising. “Must be boring.”
“My boredom is of no consequence, however…” Camin glanced at the door, a rare flicker of displeasure crossing his face. “It’s just that the Crown Prince and Her Highness have been spending a lot of time alone lately. Is that alright?”
“Hmm, what worries you?”
“Even though a peace treaty is in progress, the war is not yet officially over. He is the Crown Prince of an enemy nation.”
“Indeed. That is why I tasked Arlenrose with observing him.”
“Does Her Highness have to be the one to do it?”
“The Crown Prince has shown interest in Arlenrose specifically. Who else could it be? It’s worked out rather well. We can naturally have her observe him under the guise of friendly companionship and guidance.”
“It’s too dangerous. How can we be certain that the Crown Prince won’t harm Her Highness?”
“It could become an international incident and put us at a disadvantage in the peace treaty. What harm could he possibly inflict?”
“But…”
“You worry too much, Sir Camin.” As Camin began to protest again, Enrique cut him off with a deliberately stern expression. “I know you are particularly fond of Arlenrose, but she must also contribute to the royal family. She can’t always be sheltered and protected. How can she be a true member of the royal family if she is?”
“…I apologize.”
“I am well aware of your loyalty, Sir Camin. I understand that this loyalty sometimes leads you to be overprotective, so I won’t hold it against you.”
“I am grateful for your generosity, Your Highness.” As Camin bowed his head again, Enrique let out a hearty laugh and clapped him on the shoulder. “Don’t worry too much. They’re both alphas. What could possibly go wrong?” Camin’s expression stiffened at those words. However, by the time Enrique met his gaze again, it had returned to its usual impassivity.
