Secret Private Life of the Villainous Grand Duke - Chapter 80
The sight of the kneeling woman and Moritz’s back, along with the usual array of lascivious tools filling the basement. Lily couldn’t take her eyes off the scene through the crack of the door.
Yet, her fixation wasn’t due to the shock of watching this peculiar scene that she had seen the last time. Nor was it because she didn’t want to continue to see this strange sight.
It was a form of surveillance. Lily wanted to see what Moritz did with another woman, how far they would go, and how he treated them. She wanted to witness it firsthand.
Should she even be watching this… What if she gets scolded for spying?
Elma, who had taken Moritz’s entire length deep into her throat, bobbed her head back and forth. The sound of it was starkly explicit.
She can take all of that big member…?
A frown creased Lily’s forehead, her lips protruding in a pout. Seeing Elma accomplish what she could not, filled Lily with an inexplicable dissatisfaction.
“Haa. Elma. I warned you.”
Moritz gritted his teeth and grasped Elma’s hair and lifted her head. Elma enjoyed being disciplined. Thus, she deliberately provoked Moritz.
Slap. His large hand with veins protruding, struck Elma’s cheek and ear hard. Elma’s body swayed from that violent slap.
“Gasp…”
Startled by the unexpected violence, Lily stumbled backward. This wasn’t the Moritz she knew, striking with such force.
Stagger. As Lily collapsed backward as her legs gave way, her fall caught Moritz’s attention.
At this hour, the only person who would venture into the basement and roam freely without the servants’ intervention was Lily. Moritz adjusted his trousers and slowly walked out.
“Did a cat sneak into the basement?”
He looked down at Lily with a surprisingly affectionate gaze, a stark contrast to earlier. Lily cautiously gauged whether Moritz was angry.
“Me, meow…”
That cute response brought the first smile of the day to Moritz’s lips.

“Lily, did you come to see me?”
It was a question expecting a specific answer. He immediately regretted asking for it.
Was he expecting her to wag her tail like a dog eagerly waiting for its owner? The thought was absurd to him.
Fortunately, Lily seemed oblivious to Moritz’s intentions. Her mind was replaying the violent scenes she had just witnessed.
“I won’t interrupt… Have, have a good time, Moritz….”
Lily murmured with a trembling voice. She remembered Moritz’s actions within the game, the ones she had somehow managed to forget.
Moritz, who mercilessly killed Lily. He even did it with his own hand.
Moritz was the villain, and regardless of any new route, he could kill her. Just because they had done it a few times didn’t mean he would spare her. She shouldn’t let her guard down…
Yet, she felt an inexplicable warmth from Moritz. And as he treated her, it grew warmer, making her want to trust him. Even if it felt foolish to her.
“So… I’ll leave for today…”
Lily stood up and faced him directly. Though she kept her head straight, her frightened eyes darted up and down while trying to gauge his expression.
“Don’t leave, Lily. You’re not bothering me.”
Moritz reached out to stroke Lily’s head. Then Lily flinched, recalling the moment Elma was struck.
“Yes, alright…”
Her body trembled visibly. Moritz’s sharp eyes didn’t miss that. Was she afraid? He pulled her into his embrace.
“Shall we go to the bedroom, Lily?”
“Ung…”
His voice was as tender as usual. The broad, warm embrace. The soft strokes on her back. Only then did Lily’s trembling cease.

After the two had left, Elma, who was left alone in the basement, dressed herself and sighed.
Haa, so he’s tender only to his woman. She had thought she wasn’t drawn to kind men…
“I’m jealous.”
Elma murmured bitterly. Leaving a partner behind like this was unlike Moritz.
As she left the basement, Elma looked back at the secret space she had frequented countless times. She hesitated to leave.
Would she ever return here? They say a woman’s intuition is never wrong. Elma’s intuition told her no other woman would enter this place again.
The woman who made Moritz uncharacteristic. The woman from the Raven family, Elma found her unbearably enviable.
How could a person change so much in such a short time? The Grand Duke, it doesn’t make sense. Could it be love? Moritz?
Even seeing it with her own eyes, she couldn’t believe it.
“Haa… it’s impossible…”
Tears endlessly streaked down Elma’s cheeks as she left the Kneiss mansion. Sorrowful, sad and after a long time, lukewarm, bitter tears.

Lily, who was carried in Moritz’s arms to the bedroom, was gently laid on the bed. She stretched out, releasing the tension that had remained.
“I was really startled earlier. And a bit scared too…”
“Is that all?”
His sharp green eyes seemed to bore into Lily, wanting to search for more. Lily, unsure of his question’s intent, looked up at him with a puzzled face.
“Yes?”
She really asked because she didn’t know. Moritz let out a wry smile. Was she saying that whether what he did with others was of no concern to her?
“I asked if you don’t care at all when I see someone else?”
“Co, congratulations…?”
Moritz couldn’t help but chuckle at her awkward attempt at a response. If he had truly been involved with Elma, he wouldn’t have left her alone.
