I Don't Need the Grand Duke's Regret - Chapter 35
Chapter 35
Translator: effe
Armilla felt as if her body was flipping from top to bottom. At the same time, her lower abdomen tightened, and thick nectar leaked out from her. Her fingernails drew red lines on Ricardo’s broad back.
“………haa!”
That was when Armilla barely let out her breath. Ricardo, who was burying his member inside her, pulled out. Immediately after, his body began to tremble and a muffled moan escaped his teeth.
“Ku-uht!”
Splatter. There was the sound of something liquid falling between Armilla’s legs. Ricardo took a breath and hugged Armilla. He moved her sweaty hair away from her face and gently pressed his lips to her flushed cheek.
“Your Grace…..I love you.”
“….”
Armilla closed her eyes in resignation to the confession that still did not receive an answer. She was a little hoping that he would answer her now. But as expected, he didn’t answer even at this moment.
‘It’s okay.’
Armilla tried to lift her spirits that were sinking low. Let’s not presumptuously expect too much. Somehow she can lie in the same bed with the person she loves. Excessive greed only causes anger. So….
“Your Grace?”
After gathering her thoughts, Armilla panicked and called Ricardo. His pillar was pushing into her crevice again.
“What?”
Ricardo asked back in an extremely dry voice. His attitude, and the shape of his erect pillar, just like the first time, made Armilla close her mouth. She hugged him again without saying a word.
It was the beginning of a long night.
* * *
The night was too long.
It was so difficult.
Ricardo had no hesitation in holding her. Despite Armilla’s contorted expression and tangled hair, he didn’t mind.
From the moment he held her, he relentlessly explored her as if he had completely let go of reason. Yet, a fiery excitement surged within Armilla’s body.
Every time he embraced her, an indescribable tingling and thrill coursed through her entire body.
“Huht!”
Ricardo showed no sign of ending the first night anytime soon.
But it had been more than four times by now.
Now, the first night was no longer just a night. The black room had begun to be bathed in the blue light of dawn.
So it was not unreasonable that Armilla was getting tired of her affair with Ricardo. Up until the first two times, she had followed him with the determination to satisfy him.
But as the acts were repeated and time passed, it became increasingly difficult. Armilla begged Ricardo
“Please, stop… huht!”
“Just one more time.”
Ricardo muttered, disregarding Armilla’s pleas, as her body trembled with pleasure beyond control.
And so, the two of them continued their first night until the next morning.

Crash!
“Who got married?”
Durante’s voice trembled. The butler who delivered the news shrank in the face of his master’s anger.
“Grand Duke Vittore…”
Bang!
Unable to contain his rage, Durante kicked the desk in his office. The butler quickly vanished from the room before any sparks could fly. It was a wise move, typical of someone who had long learned how to survive in the Aldalberto family.
“So it finally happened with that woman.”
Durante muttered as he forcefully raked his fingers through his hair. He recalled the face of Armilla that he had seen in Renato.
The woman that was said to have been brought down from the mountains by the Grand Duke.
She might have looked decent on the surface, but the blood running through her veins was anything but noble.
From being a beggar or whatever she was, to suddenly getting married to him.
“I can’t let this stand.”
Durante narrowed his eyes. He clenched his fists and spun his thoughts quickly.
Ricardo might not realize it, but the Emperor’s health has been deteriorating lately. This is the perfect opportunity to seize power. But Ricardo has fallen head over heels for that woman and even gone and married her.
Durante must find a way to annul that marriage by any means necessary. And then, he must place his own daughter by Ricardo’s side.
Proclaim Ricardo as Emperor, and make himself the father of the Empress.
What a sweet taste of power that would be.
Unlike Valerio, Ricardo has no interest in politics and no annoying maternal relatives
That’s why there’s no one more suitable than Ricardo.
If Durante can put Ricardo on the throne, he can rule the empire himself.
However, for that to happen, Ricardo must marry Durante’s daughter. That’s the only way it would benefit Durante to support Ricardo.
Durante was making plans that completely disregarded the will of the parties involved.
That didn’t matter to him.
What mattered was how much power and wealth Durante could grasp.
Before long, the bell on the desk rang out loudly.
“Make the preparations. I will see the Emperor.”
Durante arrogantly ordered the butler who had quickly appeared. A sinister smile crossed his face.
