I Became the Tutor of the Royal Twins - Side Story 7
Side Story 7

The heavy snowfall provided a perfect excuse for the newlyweds.
Until the snow in the village was cleared, Sera and Helios were effectively trapped in the villa.
It would take at least three days for the snow to be cleared.
During that time, instead of following their planned itinerary, Sera and Helios chose to stay in their room, only leaving for meals. Since they had already explored the villa and had nothing new to do, they spent most of their time in the room.
The room was off-limits, with only a few maids entering at specific times. Each time, Sera couldn’t meet their eyes and couldn’t hide her embarrassment.
After spending about twenty hours a day in the room for three days, they finally received news that they could go down to the village.
Late in the morning, as Sera was sluggishly getting out of bed, Helios offered her a glass of warm water and suggested going out.
“So, today the weather is clear and warm. How about we go down together?”
“To the village?”
“It’s not far by carriage. But…”
“But?”
Sera, sipping her water, looked up at Helios with wide eyes. As she tilted her head, the airy nightgown slipped off her round shoulders.
“If you’re tired, we can just stay here.”
Helios sighed with a smile as he looked at the unguarded Sera.
“Your body might be tired.”
Embarrassed by Helios’s suggestive comment, Sera shrieked and lightly slapped his arm.
Helios smiled but didn’t flinch.
“I thought you were a gentleman, but I guess not.”
Blushing, Sera muttered that he was being improper.
Helios, not exactly defending himself, clarified that it wasn’t entirely his fault.
“Well, I don’t think it’s fair for you to say that when you show up in a different nightgown every night.”
“That… that’s because…”
Sera’s face turned even redder. Avoiding his gaze, she stammered her excuse, her ears burning red.
“…They said it was better to have more than one… everyone kept recommending them…”
“And none of them are warm? They all seem so thin that I worry you’ll catch a cold.”
“…You’re too much!”
Sera, looking at him in frustration, turned away and muttered not to ask questions he already knew the answer to.
Helios’s gaze lingered on the delicate skin visible beneath Sera’s light pink nightgown. He didn’t know the intentions behind those recommendations, but clearly, those gowns seemed cold, making him feel the need to embrace her to keep her warm.
“Anyway… Heli.”
Finished with her grumbling, Sera came closer and grabbed his arm.
Her shoulder strap slipped further down, and he swallowed hard, reminding himself repeatedly that only a beast would touch her when she was this tired.
“Yes, Sera.”
He replied with a calm smile, pretending nothing was amiss.
“I’m fine, so let’s go to the village. I want to see and buy the things Their Highnesses requested.”
As she answered, the white sunlight shone down on Sera, making her translucent skin glow, and she seemed to emit a sweet fragrance.
“Alright.”
Helios nodded, instinctively reaching for the water Sera had been drinking.
Though his insides were burning, the warm water she had drunk only made the fire inside him blaze hotter.
He abruptly stood up.
“Where are you going, Heli?”
With a puzzled look, Sera grabbed the collar of his shirt as he abruptly stood up.
Her long hair cascaded over his arm, tickling him.
Helios’s gaze fell on Sera’s wrist as she held onto his collar. Feeling that he might lose control if he continued to look at her, he wrapped Sera in the thick, white blanket.
“Heli? What’s going on? Where are you taking me?”
Wrapped up in the blanket and held in his arms, Sera shouted.
“I’m taking you to the bathroom.”

A little past noon, Sera and Helios arrived in the village.
Although the snow that had piled up to their calves had been cleared, large and small snowmen still stood as evidence of the recent heavy snowfall.
“There are a few things Their Highnesses specifically asked us to buy.”
In the bustling square, Sera pulled out the crumpled gift list from her pocket that Rosé and Ferre had given her. The list was packed with numerous items.
Some of them had stars next to them, indicating that these were the souvenirs they looked forward to the most.
Leaning on her shoulder and reading the list, Helios laughed when he saw the large red stars.
“Schnitzel and a Yeti doll. The items they want the most are surprisingly modest.”
“The schnitzel is for Her Highness Rosé, and the Yeti doll must be for His Highness Ferre, right?”
“Given that a fluffy snowman doll isn’t Rosé’s taste, it must be. So, what should we buy first?”
